By enrolling in online Quran classes with Quran Moalim, you agree to the following Terms of Service and Refund Policy. These terms are designed to ensure a smooth and professional learning experience for both students and instructors.

1. Free Evaluation Class

Each new student is eligible for one free evaluation session. After the class, you may choose whether to continue with Quran Moalim’s online Quran learning program.

2. Monthly Fee & Payment Policy

Tuition is charged monthly and must be paid in advance based on the number of classes taken in the previous month. Invoices are automatically generated based on completed sessions. Failure to pay on time may result in class suspension.

3. Late Payments

If payment is not received within 7 days of the due date, all classes will be suspended without further notice.

4. Teacher Reservation

To resume classes with the same teacher after a break, a full monthly fee may be charged in advance to secure your preferred slot.

5. Absence & Makeup Classes

If you miss a class, makeup lessons will be arranged only if:

• The absence is due to a valid reason.

• You notify us at least 6 hours in advance via email or WhatsApp.

Otherwise, missed classes will not be compensated.

6. No Refund for Uninformed Absence

Any classes missed without prior notice or valid emergency reason will not be rescheduled or refunded.

7. Long-Term Absence

If a student remains absent for more than two weeks without informing the administration, the slot may be reassigned, and no refunds will be issued.

8. Privacy Policy

Do not share personal contact information (e.g., phone number, email, address, payment info) directly with tutors. Quran Moalim is not responsible for any misuse.

9. Teacher Reassignment

We reserve the right to change teachers as needed to maintain teaching quality or due to teacher unavailability.

10. Teacher Replacement

If a teacher leaves, a qualified replacement will be provided. Continued communication with past teachers is not permitted.

11. Annual Fee Adjustment

Quran Moalim may revise tuition fees annually, with a maximum increase of 10%, effective from the beginning of each new Gregorian year.

12. Communication

All class and payment-related communication should be made through the Quran Moalim administration, not directly with teachers.

13. Flexible Scheduling

Schedules may be adjusted according to the student’s needs and Quran Moalim’s availability.

14. Eid & Holiday Policy

Eid holidays are included in your monthly schedule. These days are considered official breaks, and no makeup classes or refunds apply.

15. Policy Updates

Quran Moalim reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website for your reference.
